Manual S on its own: $175 for the first system, $125 for each additional system, or $150 per system when it is ordered together with our Manual J. Manual S is priced per system, not by square footage.
The Manual J + S and Manual J + S + D columns assume one system up to 3,000 SF, two systems from 3,001 to 7,000 SF, three systems from 7,001 to 9,000 SF, and four systems above that. If a home needs more systems than its size suggests, we say so in your estimate before any work starts.
